Terms of use

These terms apply when you download or play Tombfall: Egypt Survivors ("the game"), made by DT Software, operated by Duc Ta Minh in Vietnam. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law allows it.

Purchases

Heroes can be unlocked with gold earned in play, rewarded ads or one-time in-app purchases. Purchases are made through Apple or Google and are governed by their terms, including their refund policies. Purchased heroes are tied to your store account and can be restored from Settings, Restore purchases. In-game gold has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Ads

Rewarded ads are optional and play only when you choose to watch one. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, as described in our privacy policy.

Saved progress

Progress is stored on your device. We cannot recover progress lost by deleting the game, resetting or replacing a device.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering parts of the game. We aim to keep purchased heroes playable for as long as the game is available.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
